1. What is your working EQ?
- What is the most successful type of therapy for finding better coping mechanisms and alleviation to a client?
2. What is a possible answer to your working EQ? Please write the answer in thesis format.
- Group counseling creates more leeway for an individual to express the troubles and personal conflicts among their peers. The understanding of experience and feelings create a similar environment to support and connect with each other, which can support those people to find their resolve.
3. What is the most important source you have used that has helped you come up with an answer to your working EQ?
- My mentor, Sarah Eastwood. Not only has she decided to help me in this project, she has helped me over the years overcome my personal obstacles and negativity. Now she has become one of my closest friends and at the same time, my main source to find interviews, select books, research, and most important: experience.
4. Who is your mentor, or where are you doing mentorship, and how does what you are doing relate to your working EQ?
- My mentor is a school psychologist named Sarah Eastwood. I co-facilitate group council sessions with her and have individual one on one sessions with her, I experience both ways of the therapeutic process, and at the same time, find my own resolve to my own personal conflicts.
